Heidi is originally from Minnesota, however life has taken her to the northern states of WI, NH, OH, IL, PA and CO. Drawing from years of experience working in All Make Repair at Starkey Hearing Headquarters, Heidi feels that she has a calling to teach, to share and to encourage those who can benefit from better hearing.
In her free time she loves to bike, is an avid walker, enjoys cooking spicy foods and enjoys spending time with her son. As a parent of a hearing aid wearer, Heidi has an intimate understanding of the impact better hearing can have and is driven to share this knowledge.
Heidi is fascinated in aspects of hearing health and is passionate to serve our patients on the journey to better hearing.

Diane Groebner
Patient Services Coordinator
Diane Groebner is a Patient Services Coordinator. She is originally from southern Minnesota and moved to New Ulm, MN in 2001. Diane attended South Central College and University of MN Carlson School of Management and started working in the hearing industry at Audibel Hearing Center in 2024. She was drawn to the profession because, of the five senses, hearing is vital. It not only plays a crucial role in communication, brain health, and safety, but also emotional ties.
What Diane loves most about saving hearing lives is the joy and look of amazement on patients and their family/friends’ faces. Diane strives to ensure every patient has the best hearing health possible in her everyday work.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Diane loves reading, gardening, hiking, campfires, and most of all, spending time with her family.
